minimum 2-5 years of experience with atleast 1 years in BTS and Microwave Installation and Commissioning - minimum 1 years experience as a Project Co-odr with the responsibilities of
(a) Good team player with open mind and innovative and self confident.
(b) Leading Teams - must have worked with his own hands for BTS Installation & Commissioning

Interfacing with the Customer
(a) Allotted work completetion
(b) Work Reporting
(c) obtaining the AT Certs
(d) getting Invoices prepared by Corp-SCM and having them certified for Payment -
(e) payment collection
Interfacing with Teams
(a) assigning Tasks, clearly
(b) directing
(c) monitoring aggressively
(d) solving problems
(e) achieving Targets - High Productivity of Resources
Communication Skills : ability to communicate confidently with the Customer, preferably in Hindi, Bengali,English. -
Computing Skills: ability to handle Exel Sheets and emails
